Nina Rizzo offers pastel paintings made from your session of photographic portraits.
Studio and Location Portraits, Equestrian, Pets, Homes, Farms and Landscape scenes are all available.
Paintings are created with premium pastels and pastel pencils on archival pastel papers and boards.
Commissions are priced individually, depending on subject matter and size. Investment starts at $500.00
After contacting the artist, she will meet with you to discuss your needs; a time schedule will be determined and a 40% deposit will be required.
Nina takes her own reference photos for your pastel painting; an award-winning photographer, she chooses lighting and background that will enhance the subject and capture the personality
and scene. The photo session is included in the commission investment and the digital images are yours to keep when the painting is delivered.
After your review and approval of the reference photos and composition, the commission is started. Normally, paintings take about 8-10 weeks to complete.
When the pastel painting is nearing completion, a copy photo will be sent to you for your review.
Adjustments can be made based on your input.
Finally, when the painting is completed, custom museum quality framing is available. At this time,
the balance of the investment is due. Cash, check, credit card or Paypal payments are accepted.
Gift Certificates are also available.
